Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 1, 2026
This policy explains how GARPANI LLC ("GARPANI," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit garpani.com, contact us, or place an order. We keep our data practices deliberately narrow: we collect what we need to respond to you and fulfil your orders, and nothing more.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, the product or category you are interested in, and any message you write. If and when you place an order, we also collect the information required to process and deliver it, such as your shipping and billing address and order contents. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
We also receive a limited amount of technical information automatically, including your browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and basic usage data needed to serve pages securely. We do not build advertising profiles.
How we use your information
We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare and send quotes, process and ship orders, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you ask us to keep you updated on new drops, we will use your email only for that purpose, and you can opt out at any time.
Cookies and local storage
Our site uses essential cookies and local storage only. These keep the site working — for example, remembering that you have dismissed the cookie notice. They do not track you across other websites and are not used for advertising. If we ever introduce analytics or marketing technologies, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Payment processing
When checkout becomes available, payments will be handled by established, PCI-compliant payment providers. Those providers process your card information under their own terms and privacy policies. GARPANI receives confirmation of a successful payment and the order details, but not your full card number.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our email host, payment processor, and shipping carriers — and only to the extent they need it to perform their function. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to address your request and for a reasonable administrative period afterward. Order and transaction records are retained longer where tax, accounting, or consumer-protection laws require it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, request its deletion, or object to certain processing. Residents of California and other U.S. states with comparable laws have these rights subject to legal exceptions. To make a request, email us at info@garpani.com and we will respond within the timeframe the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data protected and to limit access to it.
Children
Our site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
