Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with what you order from GARPANI. If a piece is not right, this policy explains how to return or exchange it and how refunds work.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window may not be accepted, except where required by law or in the case of a faulty item.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags still attached and original packaging included. We may decline returns that show signs of wear, alteration, laundering, or damage caused after delivery.
How to start a return
Email info@garpani.com with your order number, the item or items you would like to return, and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. We will confirm the return address and give you simple instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as unannounced returns can be delayed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund after we process it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a faulty item.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or a different style of equal value, tell us when you start your return and we will do our best to arrange it, subject to availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.
Return shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit before they reach us.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs you paid, at no additional cost to you.
Non-returnable items
Items marked as final sale and items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Where hygiene or applicable law limits returns of certain items, we will make this clear at the point of sale.
